How We Work With You
At 3rd Creek Investments, we have built the following process to ensure that we tailor your portfolio to reflect your needs, objectives, and values, regularly monitor your investment plan and report back to you, and provide additional services to help simplify your financial administration.
1. Customized Investment Plan We offer a free consultation to identify and understand your values, goals, time horizon, risk tolerance, and special concerns or challenges. We then provide you with your personalized investment policy statement (IPS). When you become a client with 3rd Creek, we build your asset allocation model based on your IPS and begin your portfolio transition.
2. Implementation and Monitoring We implement your investment plan according to the criteria you emphasize during the initial meeting. We then provide you with quarterly performance reports and market analysis and we rebalance on a monthly basis to ensure your asset allocation is always on target. We can also rebalance as needed to accommodate any changes or needs that may arise, and we are always just a phone call or email away to respond to any queries you may have.
3. Unique Service Approach To simplify your life and cut your costs, we offer a one-stop-shop for your financial services needs. This includes tax planning and preparation, accounting, retirement/estate planning, and charitable giving services. Preparing your tax returns and delivering additional wealth management services provides us with a deeper understanding of your entire financial picture. This means we can continuously improve your investment plan to better match your values and goals.
